A Cowboy and A Princess

I took the twins out for a photo shoot this week and took the 4 year old pictures.  I love these two crazies!  This is a new meaning of picture overload!  :)

Oh Man!  Sometimes it sure is fun having twins!  :)

Jace and Sophie Preschool

I am slowly getting caught up here... Jace and Sophie started preschool on Sept 3!  They have been loving it!  I can't believe that this is their year before kindergarten!  Here are a few pics from their first day.

 One day last week, Soph asked if I could take their pictures again before preschool.

Soccer Season!

The busiest soccer season we've ever had is upon us!  Just to give you an idea of what we are up against on Wed/Fri, here is a glimpse:  This was last Wednesday's schedule: Bella 5:30 game at Centennial park, Thomas game 6:15 Centennial park (some of his games are at the sports park as well), Kaley game 6:00 at the sports park.  So I have recruited Lyss to help me most of the game nights.  Then I can be at one game, Josh is at one, and Lyss is at the other.  It's crazy, and usually we are eating a picnic dinner at the park, but that's life this Fall!  I really LOVE watching these kids play soccer!  I'm a loud and proud soccer mom!  :)

Here are pictures from the kids' first games a couple weeks ago:  

Kaley - Kaley's field is bigger this year.  She is playing on a team with 3rd and 4th graders.  There are quite a few friends on her team that we have had on teams since kindergarten.  It really is darling.  I should dig up their old team pic.  It's really cute to see how much these girls have grown up!  Kaley really loves soccer and has fun running around.  She really giggles as she runs, and keeps me laughing on the sidelines! The hardest thing for me this season, is that her hair is short! It's just not as easy for me to spot her on her team!  

 Thomas:

T loves soccer.  He just loves all sports.  He likes to play forward, and not so much goalie.  He doesn't mind defense, but prefers to run the whole time.  He's got an awesome boot to him, and loves to big kick it!

 Bella:

B was SO excited to start soccer this year!  After years of watching Kaley and Thomas, she was thrilled to have her turn!  She has the cutest little team of her friends.  Their coach is darling with the little girls. It's just cute!  Bella is pretty fearless about soccer.  She just gets right in there and plays hard!

 This is the day Bells scored TWO goals!!!  I was the loudest cheering momma there!  I really jumped up and down and was screaming!  I heard later from another mom that her daughter asked if she scored a goal if her mom would yell and cheer like Bella's mom.  And when her daughter scored, she had to cheer like Bella's mom.  :)  Too funny!
