Fall Sunday

 Maybe this is a little irreverent, but Josh snapped this picture quietly at church.  This is what our row looks like.  This happened to be one *moment* of quiet.  The kids all sitting looking at their Friend magazines.  :)

After dinner, we headed up the canyon to Bridal Veil Falls to look at the pretty colors.

Soccer and Cox Party

 Kaley is quite the soccer lover!  She loves to run, and chase the ball.  She plays hard and loves it!  Here's just a few snap shots from her game on Friday.  

This game, Grandma, Dani, Dave and Lyss came to watch!  Kaley loved all the support!

 Saturday, we had a Cox BBQ in Draper.  We met a little early with Cam and Kids and Grandma and Grandpa at a park.

 These slide crack me up!  Jace and Sophie thought it was fun that they could go down the slides at the same time and get out at a different spot!  

  Kaley's latest obsession is jump roping!  She plays it every day at recess.  She is really pretty good at it, but none of us are very surprised.  :)  She likes to go forward, backward, sideways, and run while jumping.  

 Thomas and Grandma Cox were just chatting.

 Then it was off to the BBQ for some dinner and treats.

 Jace and Sophie are obsessed with water and cups.  This little water spigot was just the ticket to keep the entertained (and wet) for a while!

 The kids were all gathered around the sidewalk and we couldn't figure out what they were doing.  I went over to investigate and found this.  They were squishing the ants with the little wood chips from the park.  

 And one last one of Thomas climbing the wall.  What a kid!  

Sunny Days

 We have still been having super sunny afternoons here.  We took the training wheels off of Bella and her friend Libby's bikes one day just for fun.  :)  It didn't last very long, but it sure was fun to try!  

 Then Sophie had to "fix" Kaley's bike.  She was using the tool just like mom!  :)

Bella got a cookie mix from her preschool one day to make with and for her family.  So Bells and I made it, and we ate them outside!  Fun!

 Friday was Walk to School Day.  (We walk almost every day anyway, but this was fun!)  They give the kids a water bottle and a granola bar at the front door.  Also Willy the Wolverine from UVU was there.  There was NO WAY my kids were going near him though!  I guess they thought he looked a little scary.  :)

 Jace is my little buddy.  He is rarely out of my back pocket.  Friday, we went to a Zumba class at the church and he sat right by me and ate his cereal the whole time.  All the other kids were playing in the nursery room with the toys!  Silly boy.

Wanting to blog...

 I have been wanting to blog for a while, and just don't really have anything going on to blog about!  Monday for FHE we went up the canyon for a camp fire roast.  We had hot dogs (Yes, I actually remembered to bring them this time) and roasted marshmallows for our treat.  It was perfect.  

 The kids love to go exploring in the woods.  There is a little stream where we go, and the kids (and Josh) had fun throwing rocks into the water.  

 Other than that, we have just been enjoying life.  The Fall weather is here, and I am loving it!  I can't say that I was happy to see Summer go, but I am getting over it.  My urge to bake and make my house smell sweet is back and I have a long list of goodies to bake.  Fall is the perfect time for baking!  

We are still in the grips of soccer.  We go 4/5 nights a week.  It is SO much fun to watch the kids play! This week, Lyss, Dani and Dave came down to watch Thomas play on Tuesday.  

There you have it!  That is what we are doing!  Everyone is doing well in their classes and loving their teachers!  It is so fun to hear about their days when they get home!
