Christmas 2020

Just a note: when I upload pics from my computer (pics from my DSL camera), it puts them in whatever order it wants.  It drives me nuts, but life needs to be documented, so here's a splattering of Christmas pictures!  

Christmas Eve 

These were right before Josh and I went to bed. 

We open sibling presents on Christmas Eve! I love how excited the kids are to GIVE to each other and see what their sibling chose for them.  It's really sweet.  We usually go to Walmart a couple weeks before Christmas, so they have time to find the perfect thing and get it wrapped.  These presents sit under the tree til Christmas, so everyone is SO excited to open them! ;)  We gave the kids new sheets and pillows this year with their Christmas shirts that Auntie KJ made.  We love the movie Elf!

We gave the kids gift cards to places they love! The catch was that they had to find them first! ;)

Then it was time to open presents!  Here is where the real mess of pictures begins!  Just enjoy.

Ice Skating

We had such a fun time ice skating last year for Kaley's birthday, that we made it a must for Christmas break this year!  It was super cold, but oh so fun!  There were A LOT more people there this time - we think it was because it was an outside activity during corona and because it was closer to Christmas. 

The masks made for crazy icicles on my eye lashes!  












We went out to eat after at Chipotle - YUM! It was a fun kick off to the Christmas weekend!  

A Week Before Christmas!

We were lucky enough to be a stop for Jar and David as they drove from Washington DC area to Malad for Christmas and a new move to Boise area! We loved playing with JoJo, Benny and Eliza. 

I convinced my girls to sing in church with me for the Christmas Sunday. We sang He Is The Gift, and it was wonderful to sing with my girls.





Stokers kids favorite thing to do on Portal and in real life, is play charades.  It is the funniest thing!  So we played a few rounds of charades with them in person!  





Later that Sunday, Dave and Danielle and Co came for dinner. It's so fun to be with them.



Sophie went to a PJ and pancake party at Caeden's house on the first day of break.  Love these cute girlies!





We went out to see the Christmas star!

And a drive through the Festival of Lights in town.







I took the kids to the church a few times to run around, play basketball and chair soccer.  



Kaley's official license came in the mail!!! Woot!

We went to see the new Croods movie on $5 Tuesday!

I took Kaley, Karen and Megan in the back of the truck to go see the Festival of Lights.  They are so fun! I love that Kaley has such good friends.

We put up the green screen again for yet another virtual recital. 

When Christmas presents are still arriving and you don't know if they will come in a different box than the one they are originally in - you tape tablecloths up on the wall to hide the window.  

It was a 12 box kind of week at Crumbl!
