Art and Spring

 This past week was parent teacher conferences and the Art Show at the kids' school.  This was one of Kaley's work hanging in the hall.  It says: If I were President I would... Everyone could go swimming every day.  And this is why cuse some people like summer."  That's my girl!  

Here are the kids' entries to the Art Show:  I was quite proud of their work!

 My lilac bushes started budding this week, and the tulips are daffys are popping up too!  

 We played with friends in the backyard.  

Potty Training and FHE

This week was the start of potty training Jace.  :)  It was a rough start the first 2 days, but he started to get it.  Then he got sick on Thursday night/Friday morning, and it went way downhill from there.  Saturday, he was back in a diaper since I couldn't make him sit on his potty when he was feeling so crappy.  We'll just start again Monday.  Yea.  

 Monday was FHE.  It was such a nice day!  We took the kids on a bike ride to the park and played baseball for family night.  If these pictures look like the perfect family night, it was.  :)  I love the sun behind the kids, the wispies in their hair, and the smiles from all.

A Lovely Saturday

I think I could take pictures of Jace-Face all day long.  I just am in love with his sweet face right now.  Saturday, we went to American Fork for a birthday party for Grandma Cox.  We went a little early and met the cousins and Grandma and Grandpa at a park.  There was a PERFECT climbing tree, slides, swings and family!  The kids had a blast!  It was the PERFECT weather for a park day!  

I think this is the first time for the twins on these "big kid" swings!  They loved it!

These two are the cutest little cousin friends.  We think they finally figured out how to play with each other!  I love these two pictures of them swinging their little hearts out!  

After the park, we made a quick visit to Grandma Cox's party.  Then it was off to Sandy for Dave's birthday gathering.  This is the only picture I took there.  I know, kinda lame.  Dave was pretty excited about his chocolate brownie and Oreo stash.  :)  

Then it was home again, home again, jiggity jig in time to switch our clocks and get to bed for early church!  :)
