We got up super early on Saturday and drove down to Green River to start a birthday weekend adventure! We stopped to get some Subway sandwiches for later, but the Subway was closed! Not enough workers, we guess. Lame. So we bought some gas station snacks and headed out to Goblin Valley. We hiked in the Little Wild Horse Canyon trail - about 8 miles. It was a beautiful day! There were parts that had BIG puddles from some flash flooding earlier that week. That made for some fun parts!
We got Subway for late lunch on our way back through Green River, and went to swim and play at our hotel.
Next, we drove down to Moab for some more fun! We had put "hike to the Delicate Arch in the dark" on our family bucket list last year, and made my dreams come true! We shopped and ate dinner in Moab, then went into Arches for some night hiking!

The next day, we watched church at the hotel and then drove back into Goblin Valley for some more hot fun!

Drove around some more to find some rock drawings.
And enjoyed a lovely sunset.
On my actual birthday, President Lewis had a concert in his backyard. The kids were all at YM/YW, so Josh and I just went and hung out. It was a lovely day!
