This is part of our morning routine these days. The littles are learning to color! They are getting longer attention spans, and are learning their colors!
Also, part of our weekly routine, a Baby Einstein movie. :) The twins love to have their mid morning snack and have some down time.
The weather has been a little chilly lately, so we have turned on the fire a few days. Jace and Sophie love to sit by the fire and read. They take turns repeating words (usually from other favorite books) to each other. It is really pretty cute!
Saturday morning, I wanted to go run some errands but not necessarily with everyone else. So Josh figured out a compromise. They dropped me off at the mall for some shopping, and Josh took the kids to the BYU bookstore and picked up pizza for lunch in the car. It was lovely! I love Sophie's faces in these pictures!
Saturday afternoon, the clouds cleared enough to be outside and doing yard work. I pulled out my beautiful zinnias (clipping a few for the kitchen table) and planted our tulips and hyacinths for Spring! ALL the kids helped! :)
Saturday night we put curlers in the girls' hair for Sunday. So cute!
The end result....Shirley Temple-ness! Such beautiful Girls!
Sunday after church we went on a walk. It was nice weather! We threw rocks in the river and collected Fall leaves. I love the way the girls' hair looks in the sunlight!
This morning at Zumba, we saw this in the parking lot. You can imagine Jace and Sophie's concern! It was ALL we talked about all morning! "Leg.... Arm.... Stuck.... Sad.... Crying.... Trouble!" Followed by Jace saying, "No Like It." Even after we explained it was a "toy" not real he was still not impressed. :)
