Friday Morning, we headed from Neskowin down to Lincoln City. We stopped at Boiler Bay to snap a few pics. It was beautiful!
Next was Whale watching at Depoe Bay! There was this building to stand and watch in - they had binoculars and everything! Pretty cool! We saw a few different groups of whales while we were there.
We crossed the street to go get a salt water taffy treat.
The girls walked around like this all week! Right, Left, Right, Left! I thought it was adorable!
Overwhelming the popcorn sample girl! We were seriously quite the sight! 10 kids!!! And they really all look about the same size! With 2 sets of twins, what can you do?! Ages of the kids: 12, 11, 9, 9, 9, 7, 7, 7, 5, 4. (was Taffy 3 or 4?) Anyway, you get it - we looked nuts!
Next stop was Yaquina Head Outstanding National Area - it was a little lower on our list of things to do, but it was kind of a rainy day, so we were looking for indoor fun!
Can you even stand how cute these two are?! They started playing checkers on their own!
The sky cleared for a bit, but was still windy - we went out to see the Yaquina Head Lighthouse. It was so stinky out there and we couldn't figure out why!
Until I saw this huge rock full of birds!!!
We took a little walk down to the cove - the kids found sticks and were playing "Harry Potter" the whole time. "Expelliarmus!" KJ and I were patting ourselves on the backs for having such nerdy offspring. ;)
Just an epic wizard battle going on!
