Dance Recital

Kaley and Bella had their dance recital on Saturday this past weekend.  They both did so well!  Kaley has really enjoyed dance, and Bella really likes having so many girlfriends.

 Cute sister pose!

 Our camera man - Thomas
 Grandma- the entertainment crew.

This year, they did 3 songs: Splish Splash, I was taking a bath; Nutcracker March; and The Russian Dance from the Nutcracker.

Danielle and Clarissa joined them for a song

The girls used little dolls for one of the dances.  Both my girls like to inspect their doll!

Sisters.....Sisters....there were never such devoted Sisters...

Kaley and her BFF Hannah.  These girls are darling together!

We loved having Dance Class at our house this past semester!  It is so fun to get to have my sisters come down once a week, without fail to visit and chat!  I had fun hanging out with Lyss while Dani taught.  I would try to send a meal or treats home with them too.  Good times.  Glad my sisters are so close right now.  I will always remember this time in our lives!

Kaley's 6 Year Old Pictures

This girl loves having her picture taken!!!

Now, to choose which one to put on my wall.....They are all so darling!

Catch up - pics from my phone

Kaley is always asking me to take pictures of her with her friends.  This is one from last week when we had Anna come play.  These girls play so nicely together.  They are just darling!  I let Kaley walk Anna half way home, so we "had" to document it with a picture!
One day last week, it was warm enough to go on a walk!  Yea!  So I bundled up the littles, and off we went.  It was nice to get some fresh air and enjoy the "warmer" weather.

Bella is becoming quite the little mother.  She loves to dress and bundle her baby dolls.  She tells me all the time that she wants "2 babies just like Mom."  What a sweetheart.
I didn't realize I took pictures of when we got our tree.  Jace was thrilled to be outside in the cart!  The kids literally chose our tree based on how it smelled this year!  Luckily for them, and Mom, it is a good looking tree!

These are pictures from our ward Christmas party on Friday night.  The kids had so much fun going from station to station.  They made little ornaments, sat on Santa's lap and did the cake walk.  There also was Nativity scene as well, but our babies did NOT want to sit through that.
Sophie is right by Thomas, trying to do the craft with the big kids...she loves stickers, just like my other girls!

Jace was thrilled with climbing on the toys in the nursery while the kids made ornaments.

Sitting on Santa's lap.  Boy we have come a long way in this department!  Kaley, Thomas and Bella sat on his lap with NO TEARS this year!!!

I have fallen a little behind blogging about our weekend activities, so stay tuned for more!!!

Re-Arranging

Before Thanksgiving, we split the twins up and put them in their respective boy/girl rooms.  Thomas was THRILLED to finally have a roommate!  (I will remind him of that in years to come, I'm sure!)  The girls were excited to have the littlest sister join the slumber party.  :)  I think the Girls Room turned out nicely.

Here's our Boys Room (with Sophie in the crib.  Jace is there too, just hiding.)

We also brought the desk upstairs for a lovely loft/office, but not before we PAINTED!  It looks SO nice!  We did a darker green for two of the walls and tan for the rest to add warmth.  I LOVE the way it turned out, and pictures just don't do it justice!  The desk is still a work in progress, as we discover that we have WAY too many books for the space we have.  Josh likes his new domain, and it really looks "executive" with the cherry wood of the desk and the green walls.  Lovely!

The babies' room was turned into the Play Room.  It has been my saving grace with the colder weather!  The kids love it up there, and we have it organized so they can play and clean up by themselves!
There you have it!  That's just one of the many "winter" projects that we have been working on!
