FUN Filled Weekend!!!

 We had a friend day on Thursday!  I let the kids each have a friend over to play.  We drew on the windows (with dry erase markers), played barbies, legos, and house, played dress ups, beauty parlor, and did crafts.  Oh, and had popcorn!  :)

Friday night was the LONG awaited Brian Regan date night!!!!!!!  We met my family at Texas Roadhouse, where we stuffed ourselves with rolls and cinnamon butter.  :)  Then it was downtown for some good laughs!!!  We had SO much fun!  Here's our row of "loud laughers!"

 Saturday afternoon it was decided that we needed to take the plunge and move the twins into big kid beds.... or the floor.  :)  They have done GREAT!  No getting out of bed, and they still nap AWESOME!  

 On Sunday, Bells woke up throwing up.  No fun, but by bed time, she was feeling MUCH better.  Here's a few smiles.  She really is such a sweet girl when she is sick, even though she doesn't feel good.  

Every one else kept entertained with Dad's iPad.  :) 

GOOD WEEKEND!!!  I was more than a little sad to have such a fun weekend be over.  Now I need something else to look forward to.  :)

Never Ending Week

 This week I started officially potty training Sophie.  It has gone extremely well, but is still exhausting.  Jace felt left out, so we pulled out the "froggy potty" for him, but he really isn't quite ready.  Oh well.  He sure had fun sitting on it watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.  :)

 Yes, this is where I have spent the majority of this week.  We probably read 20 stories yesterday morning.  This girl loves to read!  

 I love looking at her eyes and eyelashes while she reads her books.  

 And, this is the face I see when she puts her "pee pees" in the potty!  So excited!  

 Yesterday, Grammie played with the kids while I went to Kaley's class to help out.  They lined up and organized the cars.  Today we had to do it again.  

The only thing that is getting me through this week is FRIDAY NIGHT!!!!  We get to go see Brian Regan with my family!!!!  We are leaving the kids in Kaysville and having a date!!!  With other adults!!!  Yippeeeeeee!!!!  

Bean Museum

We love to go to the Bean Museum!  We took Dad with us this time!  He'd never been!  It was a great way to fill some time on MLK day!  

Here's Jace's first glimpse of that BIG bear!  Don't mind the big dark spot on the side.  I still have to learn to keep the camera necklace part out of the way of the lens.  Silly me.  

 Thomas was a good big brother and gave "lifts" to anyone that couldn't see.

 I *almost* captured Sophie's face looking at this funny animal.  Jace came running in last minute to see too.  That's twins for ya!
