The Birthday Celebrations!

It was a serious birthday week long celebration!  We opened presents the evening of the twins' birthday outside :)  I love the outside light in our backyard.  Their faces in these pictures are priceless!

 I gave the twins little playdoh mats.  They are totally into playdoh right now, and I am getting sick of  scrapping it off the counter.  ;)

 Soph wanted peanut butter kiss cookies for her birthday treat.  Jace wanted cupcakes.  Lyss and I tried our best to make spiderman cupcakes.  They were special looking!

Friday evening Grammie and Pops, Danielle and Dave, and Drew and Em came down for dinner and presents.  Another total party!

Saturday, we went up to Bountiful to have a picnic and swimming with Teeples and Grandma and Grandpa and Cam and Rach.  We were in party mode!

This is a never before seen picture of me pregnant with the twins.  I never put it on the blog because it was a little too real.  This was taken (by Kaley) on Aug 14, 2009.  Just 5 days away from when the twins would be born.  I feel like I looked like a zombie.  I can assure you I felt like a zombie.  I have bags under my eyes, my arms look too skinny, everything just feels sunken.  But it was real.  So here it is.  5 days away from the biggest change in our family.  

The twins were born, and our life was turned upside down.  

Once we got them home, it was never a dull moment!
