I have not really wanted to blog about Christmas Break because that would mean that it is really over. :( We have really had a great break together and I have a ton of pictures to show for it! The kids go back to school tomorrow, so I will start reliving our fun!
We went to San Diego starting the 19th right after school. I taught piano, then we picked up the kids, packed up the car, and headed out! We drove to Vegas and stayed the night there. Then Saturday we drove the rest of the way to San Diego. It was about 5 hours each drive.
When we went to San Diego in the Spring, we bought the pass to Sea World that was a year long pass for the same price as the day ticket. Smart move! It made it so that we could go back for "free" this time. We stayed at a different hotel though - again with rewards points. This one was called Capri by the Sea. It was glorious! Here are a few pics of the room.

We were SO excited to "be there" that we put on our suits and ran out to the ocean! It was not warm, but they still played in the water! I am in my jacket (swimsuit underneath), and was just fine not getting wet this time! :)
