Monday brought a quarantine birthday for Thomas! 14!
He was pretty excited about his new bike!
For Thomas' birthday, we went to Scofield Reservoir to let T fish for the afternoon. It was a little chilly, but we went in our swimsuits hoping for some sunshine!
Grammie, Pops and Lyss came down for cake and ice cream.
We've been picking out flooring for the basement! It's been exhausting!
Friday, I helped all day at the school passing out students' bags filled with their belongings from their desks. Earlier in the month, we had put all the stuff from their desks and cubbies into those bags!

On Saturday, we took a drive down to Salina to look at some land. It was quite the adventure! We had so much fun. A crazy part of our trip was when Bubba fell into the river and took Bentley and his stick with him! Poor Bents took a while to warm up after that! There was so much to explore!
We stopped to eat lunch off the dirt road up a canyon. We walked around an explored a bit. We found the shell/exoskeleton of weird scary bugs. When we got home, I looked them up and I think they are cicadas. Weird.
We played by the river in a few different spots. It was so fun to just climb around and explore!

There is a natural spring up there too - super cool! It starts in a CAVE!!!
The kids had fun playing in the tire ditches in the road.
We grabbed Wendy's and ate in our back yard.
Bents loved playing with the extra wood pieces! He is just the cutest.
