This year, we had an elf come visit for the month of December. We named him Eddie. He didn't do anything crazy or messy or anything like that. He just moved places each night. On Christmas Eve, the kids found Eddie with a note that said they could each give him a hug before he left for the north pole. He also sang them a little Christmas song before he left.
We sure hope Eddie comes back next year!
