Day 2 started early on the beach. We walked down to stake out a nice spot with shade and sun to appease all! Drew brought this big blow up floaty thing and the kids loved playing on it all day long!
We braided hairs to keep them out of the way all day!
Grandpa pushed the kids around and they loved it!
There was lots of sand-digging!
And sun bathing!
The kids played hard all day long! They rented these long boards and some paddle boats too.

That evening, we had a campfire over on another part of the beach. We had hot dogs and tin foil dinners. Of course we roasted marshmallows and had s'mores too!
Jace loved helping find sticks, while Sophie enjoyed eating half a bag of chips. :)
Poor Jace was eaten alive the night before by mosquitos. You can see SO many spots on his arms, head and face. So sad!
He was thrilled with his hot dog though!

This trip, the twins really got into sharing drinks. I love how they "help" each other. So cute!

Just a couple LOVELY pictures of Linds and Trish. :) Lindsey is Josh's cousin, and she is also the nanny for Aunt Audra at Redfish this year! Trish is up there as well working at the desk. They both love it! It is so fun to share my favorite place on Earth with Josh's family!
We dug big holes in the sand.
Kaley and Thomas put out a big line of little bread pieces for the chipmunks and squirrels. Sophie and I sat and watched them scurry back and forth eating all the food!
The twins are such funny little people. I just love all these pics of the hanging out and exploring the beach and water!
Just before leaving Jace got himself stuck like this under the fence. He was trying so hard not to touch the sand. He really didn't want to let go of the fence either!
