Thomas' Blessing Day

Hey everybody! We are blessing Thomas on July 2! Our sacrament meeting starts at 2:45 pm in Eagle Mountain. Here are directions to get to our church.

Coming from SLC: Take I-15 south to Bangerter Highway - go west on Bangerter to Redwood Road. Turn left onto Redwood road. Go past Camp Williams until you get to a stop light (about 8 miles from Bangerter). Turn right at the stop light. Once the road goes into one lane, you will see The Ranches. There is a big rock sign on the left side of the road. Turn left at the Ranches. Follow that road until you get to the stop sign. Turn right. Our church is on the right side of the road. It is the stake center. Our sacrament meeting is last, so when you get there, there might be another ward in there.

Coming from Provo: Take I-15 north to Lehi Main Street Exit. Go west - all the way through Lehi. The speed limit gets higher, then you have a stop light - there will be a Smith's on the left and a Chevron kitty corner. Go straight through the light up into the mountains. Once the road goes to one lane, you will see The Ranches big rock sign, turn left into there. (The golf course is on the left). Follow this road until the stop sign. Turn right at the stop sign. Our church is on the right side of the road.

I am excited to see everyone! I feel so special that family is coming! See you soon!

Blues and Greens

The past few weeks have been an adjustment! From pinks and purples to blues and greens! Thomas is a fun baby. His ear infection is pretty much cleared up. We go back to the audiologist next week to have his hearing checked again. He sleeps 3-4 hours at a time during the night and 2-3 hours at a time during the day. He is a good little eater and has already gained a whole pound since birth! We went to his 2 week Dr. appointment yesterday, and he is 9 lbs 7 oz and 22 inches long now. He has grown two inches! If he keeps this up, he'll be as tall as his Grandpa!

Kaley is loving having a little baby around! She is mommy's little helper! She pretty much just lets Thomas do his own thing while she does her own thing. She notifies mom if baby cries or grunts or makes any little noise. She seems so big to us now. She will be 18 months old this week, so that is a big milestone!

Josh and I are trying to figure out how to survive on half the amount of sleep we need. Josh is loving golf season and has found some buddies at work that share his addiction. Our yard is all put in and looking good. I am at home with the kids, adjusting to filling 2 kids' needs. It is sure a lot of work, but very rewarding! We love our growing family! Thanks for all your prayers and support!

Grandma Cox brought a pool for Kaley to play in while she helped mom with the baby. Needless to say, Kaley loved it! Let the summertime begin! Posted by Picasa
