These two crazies turned 8!!! Their birthday was on a Saturday, so we made a marathon day out of it! We opened family presents in the morning.
Then we had friend birthday parties! Sophie went from 10-11:30. She chose to have a fairy party! We have been wanting to make fairy houses - so Soph thought it would be SO fun to make them with her friends! I loved how this party turned out! So girly, so pretty, so fun! Perfectly Sophie.
Lyss came to help me with the hot glue parts!
My easy girl asked for an "8" shaped cupcake cake! Easy! Love it!

Jade's party was next! His party was 1-2:30! He chose a Batman theme. We played water games and got out the slip n slide!
We had a few friends forget to come - so we improvised and played boys against Cox kids!
Jace chose a less-easy cake. ;) It was my first go at a fondant cake. The brown/chocolate part was good! The yellow batman part...struggled. But Jace loved it, and that's what counts!
Family activity! We went to a trampoline place! So much fun! I learned how to do a flip! (Into a foam pit!) I snapped a few pictures, but then ditched the camera to play!
We took the twins out for a birthday date! We gave them the choice to have presents, or a date with Mom or Dad. They decided dates! But they wanted it together! Yay! I loved that part! We went to Panda Express for dinner, skated at Classic, and then ice cream from Culvers! Such a fun date!
Happy Birthday to my babies! I can't believe how fast time flies! We sure love these two!
