Kaley's Preschool Program

Kaley had her Christmas Program last night! I couldn't have been a more proud Mommy! Kaley did awesome! She sang the songs and said her part PERFECTLY! :) When did she get so big?
Her loyal fans! (You can't see Danielle, but she was there too!)
One proud Daddy!
A VERY cheesy, happy, proud Mommy!
Kaley with Miss Heather, her teacher.
Kaley and her BFF Hannah.
Showing off her reindeer tail and antlers! What a HAM!
I did post a few videos so you can see how adorable she is! She is on the second row in the middle. Her friend Hannah is right in front of her some of the time, but you can still see her arms waving and being cute!

Silent Night (HI KALEY!!!)

I LOVE how you can hear Bella screaming "HI KALEY!!!"

Saturday Snow Day

Saturday, Josh took the kids out to the back yard to play in the snow! At Josh's work party, we got an igloo block maker and a frisbee-looking sled. The kids LOVED it!

Here they are building their fort!
This is what the babies do with Mom while the big kids play! Tummy time together! I love it when they look at each other and "talk" to each other! It is so sweet! I do have to strategically place them far enough apart because Sophie is a head banger! She has whacked Jace a few times!

They built a pretty awesome snowman.
Thomas loved throwing snow at Josh! He does have a pretty good aim!

The finished snowman. Thomas was a little worried that when we built the snowman, he would talk. I told him that we wouldn't put a special top hat on him, so he wouldn't talk. He seemed ok with that. :)
Bella's same size snow buddy!
Look at that fort! I am pretty sure that I NEVER had this cool of a snow fort!
These kids sure do have one awesome Dad! :)

Bella in curlers

So, Saturday night I decided to try sponge curlers in Bella's hair! She looked simply adorable in them! It just added to her already overflowing personality!

Oh, they make me smile!

Why does this make me laugh so hard?! Jace has recently discovered his hands, as has Sophie. Not her own hands, JACE'S hands! He will raise one of his hands ever so slowly, and look intently at it. Sophie will also stare at it as he carefully moves it back and forth. They just crack me up! I love that they just entertain each other!

These are Jace's smiles finally caught on camera! When you smile at him, the left side pulls just a little farther than the right, giving him a little crooked smile! Ah, melt my heart!
Now Sophie smiles. Do you know how hard it is to get them to smile at the same time when I have the camera out?!

Bath time! I LOVE taking pictures of my babies in the bath! The blue tub just brings out those baby blues! The first two pics are Jace, and the second two are Sophie.

The babies gave me a special treat today when we snuggled after baths. They were cooing and smiling, with a little bit of giggles from Jace. He was pretty happy to be held! I LOVE holding my babes after baths! They smell so clean, and are usually tired by then! They just want to snuggle and suck on their binkys. Love my babes!

Sugar cookies, Stories and Snow!

For FHE this week, we made sugar cookies and frosting - both of which didn't really turn out that great. (We ended up turning to our back up plan and baking pre-made sugar cookies with Christmas trees on them!) I am in need of a good (fool proof) sugar cookie and frosting recipe. Please share. Needless to say, the kids had a fun time playing with flour and cookie cutters!

Good helpers - Thomas and Bella can help feed the babies too!

Story time! This way, everyone can see the pictures! (and Dad get an arm work out!)

The other day, I bundled up the kids and let them play out in the snow for a little bit, until they begged to go inside! It was SO freezing cold!

Look at all those PINK cheeks! Don't worry, I warmed them up right with some hot chocolate and blankets by the fire! What cute kids!

Christmas card note: To save on money this year, I will be sending out our Christmas card via email. I didn't want to not do one completely, but wanted to be frugal. Please send me your email address if you would like one! :) Thanks!
